When fabric design guru Wesley Mancini decided to sell his loft studio in the heart of uptown Charlotte, he tapped loft office expert Greg Pappanastos atArgos Real Estate Advisors for the job. Originally constructed as a funeral home in 1925, the 11,000 square foot building is one of the oldest existing structures remaining within the I-277 loop. Mancini purchased the property in 1995, sparing no expense in a top-to-bottom renovation. Argos listed the property and quickly arranged a sale to an investment firm, closing 90 days later.
