Greg Pappanastos
President
Greg Pappanastos is President of Argos Real Estate Advisors, Inc., and Argos Management, LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. Argos represents clients in office, land and mixed-use sales and leasing and presently manages approximately 200,000 square feet in commercial real estate assets. Mr. Pappanastos has successfully represented private, institutional, local and out-of-state clients in Charlotte for 15 years. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and a habitual recipient of CRCBR’s annual Multi-Million Dollar Club Award, having completed $65 million in transactions in the company’s first five years in business. In October 2009, Business Leader Magazine honored Pappanastos as one of Charlotte’s “Movers & Shakers”, and in March 2010, the Charlotte Business Journal featured Pappanastos as one of Charlotte’s 40 most influential business leaders under the age of 40. He currently serves as board chair of the non-profit Lakewood Trolley, Inc., is a Community Leadership Council Member of Yadkin Bank and sits on the South End Board Committee to Charlotte Center City Partners.
Karen Crane
Chief Operating Officer
Karen Thies Crane is Chief Operating Officer of Argos Management. She leads the company’s property management division, as well as its financial and accounting functions. Karen brings over 30 years of operations, accounting and management experience to her position. She serves on the Board of Directors for Holy Comforter Weekday School and on the Finance Committee for La Escuelita Bilingual Preschool, a not-for-profit school that serves low-income Hispanic children with the goal of preparing them for success in kindergarten and beyond. Karen also remains active in the administration and teaching of English as a Second Language (ESL).
